EMBROIDERY
CKL uses only the highest quality Japanese machinery and premium quality threads for all our embroideries to ensure your brand logo or design is rendered as professionally as possible. Our large number of machines ensures speedy and timeous delivery, and enables us to provide contract embroidery services to other local embroiderers also.
CKL offers a variety of garment print services, and even produces the commercial transfers for other t-shirt printers around the country.
We only use Japanese and UK-made machinery for precision and reliability, and the process is automated to enable us to turnaround thousands of garments per day – perfectly every time.
DTF (Direct-To-Film) Prints
DTF is the very latest print technology for garments. Producing razor-sharp prints, with supreme colour vibrancy, that does not fade, crack or peel, and with unparalleled resistance to washing. But not all DTF’s are the same. CKL’s DTF printers are commercial grade Japanese machines that have to be calibrated professionally and fine-tuned according to the inks and films used. This is done by highly experienced personnel and is the only way to ensure your print results will be perfect.
